Cheesy Garlic Bread Sandwich

Crisp, cheesy, buttery and full of garlic flavor! This recipe shows you how to make Cheesy Garlic Bread at home in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Bread
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • Mozzarella cheese as required
  • Sweet corn as required

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add butter, chopped garlic, coriander leaves, and chilli flakes.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Spread the mixture on a bread slice.
  • Add mozzarella cheese and sweet corn on top of the mixture.
  • Cover with another slice (slice without mozzarella cheese and sweet corn but with butter mixture). Press by hand a little bit.
  • Apply butter on one side and put it on the pan. Cover for 2-1 mins.
  • Flip and apply butter on another side. Cover again for 2-1 mins.
  • Cut the sandwich with a knife.
  • Serve garlic sandwich within 2 hours of preparing.
