In a small bowl, add butter, chopped garlic, coriander leaves, and chilli flakes.
Mix everything well.
Spread the mixture on a bread slice.
Add mozzarella cheese and sweet corn on top of the mixture.
Cover with another slice (slice without mozzarella cheese and sweet corn but with butter mixture). Press by hand a little bit.
Apply butter on one side and put it on the pan. Cover for 2-1 mins.
Flip and apply butter on another side. Cover again for 2-1 mins.
Cut the sandwich with a knife.
Serve garlic sandwich within 2 hours of preparing.
