Coconut Ladoo with Condensed Milk

Coconut Ladoo is a soft, creamy, and delicious traditional sweet made with coconut and condensed milk. This quick dessert is very popular in Bangladeshi and Indian households, especially during festivals like Eid, Puja, weddings, and family gatherings. It requires very few ingredients and can be prepared in a short time.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup powdered milk
  • 3 tsp pistachio chopped

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup grated coconut, stir and roast on a low flame for 4 to 5 minutes and don't brown them
  • Add 1 cup condensed milk and stir well
  • Add 1/4 cup powdered milk and stir well
  • Add 3 tsp pistachio chopped and stir continuously on a low flame
  • When the mixture is still hot, take small portions and roll to balls
  • Coat with previously roasted coconut
  • Ready to serve
