Soak almonds and poppy seeds in warm water
Blend with a little water to make a smooth paste
Heat oil and ghee in a pan
Add onion paste and cook on low heat until soft (keep white)
Add ginger paste and sauté for 1 minute
Add almond-poppy seed paste and cook well
Add cinnamon, cardamom, and white pepper
Add a little water and cook until smooth
Add coriander powder and mix well
Add salt and cook for another minute
Pour milk slowly while stirring continuously
Add green chilies
Add 4 boiled eggs
Add sugar and mix gently and Simmer for 5–7 minutes
Add keora water
Add fried onions (beresta) and Cook 1–2 minutes and turn off heat
