Instructions
Banana & Flex seeds Oats Breakfast Smoothie
Soak rolled oats and dates in the water for 15 mins.
In a blender add the soaked oats-dates mix and the remaining ingredients.
Blend for 2-1 mins or until smooth. Add little water if need.
Pour it into servicing glasses.
Garnish with crushed cuts, seeds etc and serve immediately.
Apple Banana Oats Breakfast Smoothie
Soak rolled oats and dates in the water for 15 mins.
