Two types of Oats Breakfast smoothie recipes. Summer-perfect vegan oats smoothie that is healthy, delicious, and super quick to make!

Ingredients

Banana & Flex seeds Oats Breakfast Smoothie

  • 3 tbsp Rolled Oats
  • 2 pcs Dates
  • 3-4 pcs Cashew nut
  • 1 tsp Flex seeds
  • 1 pc Banana medium
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup Water

Apple Banana Oats Breakfast Smoothie

  • 3 tbsp Rolled Oats
  • 2 pcs Dates
  • 1/2 cup Apple
  • 1 pc Banana medium
  • 1 tsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

Banana & Flex seeds Oats Breakfast Smoothie

  • Soak rolled oats and dates in the water for 15 mins.
  • In a blender add the soaked oats-dates mix and the remaining ingredients.
  • Blend for 2-1 mins or until smooth. Add little water if need.
  • Pour it into servicing glasses.
  • Garnish with crushed cuts, seeds etc and serve immediately.
