Add oats and milk to a bowl. Mix and wait for 10 minutes.
In another bowl add egg, salt, black pepper, chopped onion, capsicum, carrot and green chilies as per the ingredients mentioned. Mix them well.
Add soaked oats into the egg mixture and mix again.
Heat a pan and add olive oil.
Pour the oats egg mixture.
Close the lid and cook for 2 mins on medium flame.
Flip the omelette. Close the lid and cook for another 2 mins on medium flame.
Oats omelette is ready to serve.
