Oats Omelette

Oats Omelette offers the perfect stability of protein, carbs and fats. Vegetarian and gluten-free, and it's super TASTY.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp rolled oats
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 3 pcs egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp capsicum
  • 2 tbsp carrot
  • 2 tbsp green chilies
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Add oats and milk to a bowl. Mix and wait for 10 minutes.
  • In another bowl add egg, salt, black pepper, chopped onion, capsicum, carrot and green chilies as per the ingredients mentioned. Mix them well.
  • Add soaked oats into the egg mixture and mix again.
  • Heat a pan and add olive oil.
  • Pour the oats egg mixture.
  • Close the lid and cook for 2 mins on medium flame.
  • Flip the omelette. Close the lid and cook for another 2 mins on medium flame.
  • Oats omelette is ready to serve.
