1cupFresh Pineapple
1cupWater
1pinchSalt
1/4tspPink Salt
6-7pcsMint Leaves
4-5pcsIce Cubes
Instructions
Peel and chop the pineapple.
In a blender add pineapple, salt, mint, and water. You can add sugar if you like.
Blend for 2-1 mins.
Add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
Strain the juice.
Taste the juice and add salt, sugar if you like. Pour it into servicing glasses. Use mint leave and pineapple wedge as garnish.
