Pineapple Juice

Pineapple Juice is a very healthier drink. Drinking pineapple juice in hot weather is very good for the body. Fresh pineapple juice is recommended for weight loss too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
  • 6-7 pcs Mint Leaves
  • 4-5 pcs Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the pineapple.
  • In a blender add pineapple, salt, mint, and water. You can add sugar if you like.
  • Blend for 2-1 mins.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  • Strain the juice.
  • Taste the juice and add salt, sugar if you like. Pour it into servicing glasses. Use mint leave and pineapple wedge as garnish.
  • Serve immediately.
