Kacha Amer Tok Mishti Achar
Ingredients
- 12 pcs dry chilies
- 1/3 cup panch phoron
- 1 kg raw mangoes
- 1 cup mustard oil
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp mustard paste
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp ground masala
Instructions
- Add dry chilies and fry the dried chilies

- Add panch phoron and dry roast until fragrance

- Grind into a fine powder

- Slice the raw mangoes into thin pieces and wash and cut the mangoes with outer skin it

- Dry the mangoes for at least 4-5 hrs in the hot sun

- Add mustard oil

- Add garlic,ginger paste and coriander,cumin,chili,turmeric powder stir well

- Add the dried mango pcs and add salt

- Cook it for 5 minutes

- Cook it for 15 minutes
