In Bangladesh, chicken dishes are a staple in almost every household, and this lemon pepper variation brings a modern twist to traditional flavors. Its tangy, slightly spicy profile makes it unique, while still being simple enough to prepare at home.
Tender chicken pieces are marinated and cooked with freshly squeezed lemon juice, cracked black pepper, garlic, and a blend of aromatic spices. The result is a juicy, flavorful dish with a mild heat and a refreshing citrus aroma. The gravy is usually light and slightly glossy, coating the chicken perfectly.
This dish is versatile and pairs beautifully with plain rice, fried rice, polao, or even ruti/porota. It’s perfect for lunch, dinner, or even a small family gathering. If you’re looking for something different from heavy curries, Lemon Pepper Chicken is a great choice.
