In a pan boil 6-7 cups of water.
Wash the liver very well and cut it into cube sizes. Add them to the boiling water. Turn off the heat and leave it in boiling water for 30 minutes.
After 30 mins, remove the liver from the water.
Rinse well with water.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper. Stir for some time.
Add 1 cup of chopped onion. Stir until it turns slightly brown. Add salt during the process.
Add 1/4 cup of onion paste. Stir until the raw smell goes away.
Add garlic paste, ginger paste, and cumin paste and stir very well for some time.
Add a little bit of water. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder. Stir very well until the raw smell disappears.
Add the beef liver.
Mix and close the lid. Cook for 10 mins on medium flame. Stir occasionally.
Add 3 cups of hot water.
Add green chilies. Give a mix and cook for 30 mins on medium flame. Stir occasionally.
Remove the lid and cook until the water dried to the desired level.
Add the fried cumin powder. Mix and cook for 2-1 mins.
Your beef liver curry is ready to serve.
