Soak rice in the water for 10 mins.
Take a pan. Turn off the flame. On the pan add chicken (washed and drained).
Add salt, white pepper, mace, nutmeg, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, chili powder, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, oil, and chopped onion.
Mix them very well.
Turn on the heat and cover the lead. Cook for 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
When the oil separates add potatoes. Cut the potatoes into small cube pieces and add them.
Mix and close the lid. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Wash, drain, and add rice.
Give a good mix and fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add 6 cups of hot water.
Stir and close the lid. Cook for 5 mins.
When the water is reduced a bit add green chili and salt. Close the lid. Cook for 5 mins.
Add the keora water and cook on low heat for 15-20 mins.
Mix and keep it under low heat for another 10 mins.
Serve hot!
