Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in a pan. Add water to the pot to cover the chicken about ½ an inch above the chicken. Add salt, black pepper, garlic paste, and ginger paste. Cover the lid and cook for approx. 15-20 more minutes.
Once done transfer the chicken to a bowl and shredded the chicken.
Add mayonnaise, mustard sauce, black pepper, chili flakes, cucumber, sweet corn, carrots, capsicum, lemon juice, sugar, and chopped garlic into the shredded chicken.
Mix everything well. Taste this and adjust anything according to your taste (if required).
Untoasted
Cut the edge of the bread.
Spread the mixture on a bread slice.
Cover with another slice. Press by hand a little bit.
Cut the sandwich with a knife.
Serve chicken mayo sandwich within 2 hours of preparing.
Toasted
Optionally butter the bread slices. Spread the mixture on a bread slide (buttery side).
Cover with another slice. Press by hand a little bit.
Apply butter on one side and put it on the pan.
Apply butter on another side. Toast for 2-1 mins.
Flip it and toast for another 2-1 mins.
Cut the sandwich with a knife.
