In a mixing bowl add Rolled Oats, Cashew, Almond, Pistachio, Flax Seed, Pumpkin Seed, and Sunflower Seed. Mix well and take aside.
Heat up a pan and add sugar, 3 tbsp honey, and 1 cup water. If you want to avoid sugar, you can increase honey by 1 tbsp.
When the sugar starts melting or after 1 min of cooking add butter and salt. Cook for 3-4 mins on medium flame.
Turn off the flame and pour this onto the oats mixture. Using a spoon mix it very well. Don't overwater it. The mixture should be moist, not watery.
Preheat the pan. Add the oats mixture.
Roast it slowly by stirring continuously for 15-20 mins on medium flame.
When golden brown, the oats granola is ready. Spread it over a plate and cool them down evenly.
You can store it in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
Serve with yogurt, banana or you can have it even raw.
