Add sugar, egg, and salt to a bowl. Beat the egg and start mixing.
Stir until the sugar melted.
Add rice powder and salt. Add little milk at a time to make a thinner-medium batter.
Keep side and wait for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, mix the batter a bit.
Heat the oil on medium heat to warm it up, then keep the fuljhuri mold in the oil for about 1 minute.
Put the fuljhuri mold in the batter and dip it a little more than half. Do not let the batter flow over the top of the mold.
Place immediately in hot oil. Loosen the rosette with a stick or spoon and remove the mold. Otherwise, pitha will not be able to be removed from the mold.
Fry it till it has turned a light golden brown color. Continue with the remainder of the batter.
