Molida - Traditional Drink
A traditional delight from Barishal - Molida is a popular summer drink. It's easy to prepare, super healthy, and will surely cool you off on a hot day

Ingredients

Puffed Rice
1/2
cup
Coconut
Grated

cup
Water
1/4
cup
Rice Flour

Ginger
Grated

tbsp
Sugar
1/4
tsp
Salt
Instructions
Wash the puffed rice in water.
Soak the puffed rice in water for 15 mins.
Finely blend the coconut.
Drain the soaked puffed rice.
In a bowl, break the drained puffed rice as much as possible with hands
After that add 1 cup water and 1/4 cup rice flour. Give a good mix.
Add grated ginger, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Molida drink is ready to serve.
Serve and enjoy!
