Ingredients
Peanut Butter Energy Ball
1/2cup Rolled Oats
1/4cup Peanut Butter
2tbsp Honey
1/4tspVanilla Essence
Pinch of Salt
Seeds Energy Ball
1/2cup Rolled Oats
1/4cup Peanut Butter
2tbsp Honey
1/4tspVanilla Essence
1tbsp Flax Seed
1tbsp Pumpkin Seed
Pinch of Salt
Cocoa Energy Ball
1/2cupRolled Oats
1/4cupPeanut Butter
1tbspHoney
1tbspChocolate Syrup
Pinch of Salt
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl place all of the ingredients. Stir all ingredients together until thoroughly combined. If you feel the mixture seems too wet, you can add a bit more oats. If it’s too dry, add a touch more peanut butter. The consistency should be like a sticky dough.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to help the mixture to stick together easily.
Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and roll them into small balls. (approx. 1 inch balls).
