No Bake Energy Balls

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Energy Ball

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • Pinch of Salt

Seeds Energy Ball

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seed
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seed
  • Pinch of Salt

Cocoa Energy Ball

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl place all of the ingredients. Stir all ingredients together until thoroughly combined. If you feel the mixture seems too wet, you can add a bit more oats. If it’s too dry, add a touch more peanut butter. The consistency should be like a sticky dough.
  • Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to help the mixture to stick together easily.
  • Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and roll them into small balls. (approx. 1 inch balls).
  • Serve and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
