Soya 65 is one of the famous and yummy snacks for kids and an excellent snack for both veg and non-veg.

Ingredients

soya chunks
1/2
tbsp
salt
water
hot, as required
1/4
tsp
turmeric powder
1
tsp
red chilli powder
1
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
ginger paste
1/2
tsp
garlic paste
1/2
tsp
lemon juice
1/2
tsp
chat masala
2
tbsp
gram flour
2
tbsp
corn flour
oil
as required
Instructions
In a bowl take 1 cup of soya chunks.
Add hot water and salt. Mix a bit.
Close and wait for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, squeeze the excess water from the soya chunks and place them in a separate bowl.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, lemon juice, and chat masala. Give a good mix.
Add gram flour and cornflour. Give a good mix again.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the mixed soya chunks one by one in a batch. Deep fry them until brown. Repeat after one batch.
Serve hot!
