Ingredients
800gmchicken
1/2tspginger paste
1/2tspgarlic paste
1tspsoya sauce
1/2tspred chili powder
1/2tspcoriander powder
1tspfried cumin powder
1tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
1/4cuptomato sauce
1 pcsegg
1/3cup corn flour
800gmoil for deep Fry
Instructions
Add 800 gm chicken
Poke holes using a fork
Add 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp fried cumin powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
Mix well
Marinate for 30 minutes
Add 1 pcs egg and 1/3 cup corn flour
Mix well
Add 800 gm oil for deep fry
Heat level medium low
Fry for 10–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
