Spicy Chicken Fry

Spicy Chicken Fry is a crispy, juicy, and flavorful fried chicken dish made with aromatic spices and deep frying. It is a popular Bangladeshi-style snack or main dish, perfect for tea-time, parties, or family meals. The outside is crispy while the inside stays tender and juicy.

Ingredients

  • 800 gm chicken
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp fried cumin powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 pcs egg
  • 1/3 cup corn flour
  • 800 gm oil for deep Fry

Instructions

  • Add 800 gm chicken
  • Poke holes using a fork
  • Add 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp fried cumin powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
  • Mix well
  • Marinate for 30 minutes
  • Add 1 pcs egg and 1/3 cup corn flour
  • Mix well
  • Add 800 gm oil for deep fry
  • Heat level medium low
  • Fry for 10–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Ready to serve
