Chicken Shashlik
Ingredients
- 6 pcs Skewers add water 30 minutes
- 500 gm boneless chicken
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp oil
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup Onion
- 1/2 cup yellow capsicum
- 1/2 cup green capsicum
- 1/2 cup carrots
Instructions
- Soak 6–7 skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning

- In a bowl, take 500 g boneless chicken cubes

- Add garlic paste, ginger paste, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili powder, black pepper, and salt

- Mix well

- Marinate for 30 minutes

- In a separate bowl, combine tomato sauce, sugar, oil, and black pepper

- Mix well and set aside

- After marination, add onion, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, and carrots to the chicken

- Thread the chicken and vegetables alternately onto the soaked skewers

- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over low flame. Place the skewers in the pan and cook gently
