Watermelon Juice

Watermelon Juice is perfect for a hot summer day. One of the most refreshing fruit is watermelon and even better is its juice during summer.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Watermelon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 5/6 pcs Ice Cubes
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

  • Peel and cube the watermelon. You can remove seed or strain later.
  • In a blender add watermelon, salt, black pepper, ice cubes, etc. Add a little bit of water if your blender faces difficulty start blending.
  • Blend for 2-1 mins.
  • Strain the juice if the seed is not removed previously. You can drink without straining too.
  • Taste the juice and add salt, sugar if you like. Pour it into servicing glasses.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

You can remove seeds before blending or strain the juice later. Or, you can drink straight from the blender!!
