Guava Juice

Guava juice is a must during summer. Eating guava juice is very beneficial for health that can refresh your body and mind.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Guava
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 3-4 pcs Mint leaves
  • 4-5 pcs Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the guava. You can use it without peel also.
  • In a blender add guava, salt, mint, sugar, and water. You can avoid sugar if you like.
  • Blend for 2-1 mins.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  • Strain the juice.
  • Taste the juice and add salt, sugar if you like. Pour it into servicing glasses. Use mint leaves as garnish.
  • Serve immediately.
