Restaurant Style Chicken Manchurian

Ingredients

  • 500 gm Boneless Chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 pcs Egg White
  • 2 tsp Corn flour
  • Oil as much needed for deep fry
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 2 tsp Carrot
  • 2 tsp Capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Corn Flour+ Water mix

Instructions

  • Add 500 gm boneless chicken
  • Add 1 pcs egg white, 2 tsp corn flour, 1/2 tsp salt
  • Mix well
  • Marinate for 10 minutes
  • Add oil as much needed for deep fry and heat oil in a pan
  • Add the marinated chicken one by one
  • Fry for 8 to 10 minutes
  • Heat a pan then add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 cup onion
  • Add 2 tsp carrot , 2 tsp capsicum, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Add 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp black pepper,
  • Add 2 tsp corn flour and water mix
  • Add the fried chicken mix and cook for 5 minutes
  • Ready to serve
