Gajorer Halua
Ingredients
- 500 gm carrots
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ghee
- 4 pcs cardamom
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp chopped almond
- 1 tsp chopped pistachio
- 1 tsp chopped cashew
- 1/4 cup mawa/khoya
Instructions
- Add 500gm carrots wash and peel the carrots

- Grate the peeled carrots into small pieces

- The grated carrots in a pan for approximately 5 minutes.

- Add 1/3 cup sugar

- Mix everything well to combine the ingredients
