Butterfly Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 cup boneless chicken
- 2 pcs Big potato
- 1/4 tsp garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt as per taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp soya flour
- 1 pcs egg
- oil to fry
Instructions
- Add 1 cup boneless chicken

- Add 1/4 tsp garlic paste, 1/4 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp black pepper

- Add 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp corn flour, 1 pcs egg
