Papaya is known as “the fruit of the angels” and “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” – is a common proverb. Both of them are very delicious, sweet and are rich sources of nutrients, minerals, etc. A combination of apple and papaya goes very well and together they make an excellent summer juice. Papaya Apple Juice is normally very filling which can last you for a longer time compare or other juice. That is why it is suitable for Sehri or Iftar or for a quick breakfast.
Apple Papaya Juice
Apple Papaya Juice is healthy, refreshing, and delicious. A combination of apple and papaya goes very well and together they make an excellent summer juice.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Papaya ripe
- 1 cup Apple
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 4/5 pcs Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Chop apples, you can peel apple if you want.
- Peel, de-seed and chop papaya.
- In a blender add papaya, apple, and water. Blend for 2-1 mins.
- Add sugar and ice cubes. You can avoid sugar if you want.
- Blend again until smooth
- Taste the juice and sugar, water if you like. Pour it into servicing glasses.
- Serve immediately.
