Tehari is a traditional Bangladeshi fragrant rice with a flavorful kick from aromatic spices and curried beef. Tehari is primarily a rice meal that is always cooked with beef. Old Dhaka tehari is extremely popular all over the world. In the Indian subcontinent (India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh) cuisine, beef tehari (বিফ তেহারি) is extremely popular.
