very nutritious and incredibly delicious

One-pot meals like Chana Dal Gosht (Meat & Lentil Curry) are quite common. A rich and nourishing stew prepared with beef and lentils is called dal gosht. Along with rice, it tastes great with hot tandoori roti or naan.

Due to the combination of protein and complex carbohydrates, this meal is very nutritious and is perfect to prepare for your family. You may enjoy comfort meals easily with this!

In contrast to the majority of other lentil recipes, this one does not cook the dal until it becomes creamy. Lentils are added after the beef curry has been thoroughly cooked. The lentils are thoroughly cooked but not mashed; rather, they are just allowed to float in the flavorful, spicy gravy.
