Guava juice is a must during summer. Eating guava juice is very beneficial for health that can refresh your body and mind.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Guava
- 1 cup Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 3-4 pcs Mint leaves
- 4-5 pcs Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Peel and chop the guava. You can use it without peel also.
- In a blender add guava, salt, mint, sugar, and water. You can avoid sugar if you like.
- Blend for 2-1 mins.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- Strain the juice.
- Taste the juice and add salt, sugar if you like. Pour it into servicing glasses. Use mint leaves as garnish.
- Serve immediately.
