Pineapple Juice

Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Pineapple
- 1 cup Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
- 6-7 pcs Mint Leaves
- 4-5 pcs Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Peel and chop the pineapple.
- In a blender add pineapple, salt, mint, and water. You can add sugar if you like.
- Blend for 2-1 mins.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- Strain the juice.
- Taste the juice and add salt, sugar if you like. Pour it into servicing glasses. Use mint leave and pineapple wedge as garnish.
- Serve immediately.
