Oats Omelette
Oats Omelette offers the perfect stability of protein, carbs and fats. Vegetarian and gluten-free, and it's super TASTY.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp rolled oats
- 4 tbsp milk
- 3 pcs egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp chopped onion
- 2 tbsp capsicum
- 2 tbsp carrot
- 2 tbsp green chilies
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Add oats and milk to a bowl. Mix and wait for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl add egg, salt, black pepper, chopped onion, capsicum, carrot and green chilies as per the ingredients mentioned. Mix them well.
- Add soaked oats into the egg mixture and mix again.
- Heat a pan and add olive oil.
- Pour the oats egg mixture.
- Close the lid and cook for 2 mins on medium flame.
- Flip the omelette. Close the lid and cook for another 2 mins on medium flame.
- Oats omelette is ready to serve.
