Spicy Chicken Fry
Ingredients
- 800 gm chicken
- 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp fried cumin powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 pcs egg
- 1/3 cup corn flour
- 800 gm oil for deep Fry
Instructions
- Add 800 gm chicken

- Poke holes using a fork

- Add 1/2 tsp ginger paste, 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp fried cumin powder, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/4 cup tomato sauce.
