Cheesy Chicken Poppers
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Boneless chicken
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 pcs Egg
- 2 cup All purpose flour
- 1 tsp Corn flour
- Oil as per needed
- 1/4 cup Tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 3 tsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Place the cleaned, bite-sized chicken pieces into a mixing bowl.

- Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 garlic paste, an egg to the chicken.

- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the chicken is well-coated in the marinade and wait for 10 minutes

- Prepare a separate bowl filled with 1/2 cup all purpose flour

- Add 1 tsp corn flour, 1/2 tsp salt of seasoning

- Heat a pan with cooking oil

- In a clean pan, prepare the sauce base and add 1/4 cup tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 3 tsp water, 1/2 tsp soy sauce

- In a pan, combine 1 tsp butter and 1 tsp all purpose flour, stirring until mixed.

- Add 1/2 cup Pour milk into the pan with the butter and flour mixture.

- Add 1/2 tsp black pepper, seasoning, 1/2 tsp chili flakes to the white sauce base.

- Incorporate 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese into the sauce and stir until it reaches a smooth, thickened consistency.
