No Bake Energy Balls
Ingredients
Peanut Butter Energy Ball
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Pinch of Salt
Seeds Energy Ball
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 tbsp Flax Seed
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seed
- Pinch of Salt
Cocoa Energy Ball
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl place all of the ingredients. Stir all ingredients together until thoroughly combined. If you feel the mixture seems too wet, you can add a bit more oats. If it’s too dry, add a touch more peanut butter. The consistency should be like a sticky dough.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to help the mixture to stick together easily.
- Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and roll them into small balls. (approx. 1 inch balls).
- Serve and enjoy!
